Matthew 9 ; Questions
(1). Matthew 9; 2 They brought Jesus a  a paralyzed man lying on a bed . What do you think Jesus thought was more important to heal or forgive ?
(2).Why did Jesus heal the paralyzed man ?
(3).Do you think Jesus would only be seen in church and with the people who believed in him ?
(4).V-14 to 17 what do you think Jesus is trying to tell them?
(5)V-20 to 22 shows a woman who had suffered from hemorrhages for 12 years. What does this teach us ?
(6).V-18 to  25 "There came a president of the synagogue , who bowed low before him and said , My daughter has just died ; but come and lay your hand on her and she will live." What is this teaching us ?
(7).V-26 to 31 Jesus healed 2 blind men. Out of this lesson what do we need to know ?

Matthew 9 ; Questions

(1). To forgive for you can not go to heaven with your sins but you can go to heaven paralyzed."Why do you harbor these evil thoughts ? Is it easier to say, Your sins are forgiven , or to say Stand up and walk?"
(2).V-8 " There upon the man got up , and went off home. The people were filled with awe at the sight" (Note)- This was to show the power and glory of God.
(3).V-9 to 13 " "Why is that your master eats with tax gatherers and simmers? Jesus heard it and said , It is not the healthy that need a doctor , but the sick.I require mercy , not sacrifice. I did not come to invite virtuous people but sinners."
(not) so remember Jesus did not just come to save you but the sinners of the world.
(4). That He is the Son of God , and they need not be unhappy. That there was going to be a time when He was going back to the Father.
(5).If we had the faith of this woman that we will be healed yet today.But we must first believe and have faith like this woman.
(6).It shows the power and glory of Jesus the Son of God . That He had power and glory over all the dead and the living. That He could do anything. That His power and glory does not end at His dearth or ours.That He can heal you yet today and He can save you from our sins yet even today.
(7).V-29 " Then he touched their eyes , and said , As you have believed , so let it be; and their sight was restored." NOTE - You must have faith to be healed.
