John 7 ; 25 Questions

(1).V-25 the people began asking if Jesus was the man the authorities was trying to kill.Some said that they thought that maybe the authorities believed Jesus was the Christ sent by God. Did they believe Jesus was sent by God ?

(2). V-28 What did Jesus tell them ?

(3).V-30 What did the crowd try to do ?

(4).V-23 What did the Pharisees do when they heard people whispering about Jesus and believing in Him ?

(5).V-35-36 Where was Jesus telling the people He was going ?

(6).V-37 On the last and greatest day of the Feast , Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty , let him come to Me and drink V-38 Whoever believes in Me, as the SCRIPTURE has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." What was it Jesus meant V-39 ?

(7).Where did Scripture say the Christ would come from V-42 ?

(8).V-46 Why did the temple guards not arrest Jesus ?

Answers

(1). "No" V-27 they know where Jesus was from.

(2)."Yes you know Me, and you know where I am from . I am not here on My own , but HE who sent me is true. You do not know Him , but I know Him because I am from Him and He sent Me."

(3).They tryed to seize Him but could not.

(4).They sent temple guards to arrest Jesus.

(5). To Heaven with the Father.

(6). "By this He meant the Spirit , whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given , since Jesus had not yet been glorified."

(7).Does not the Scripture say that the Christ will come from David's family and from Bethlehem, the town where David lived ?

(8).They said V-46 "No one ever spoke the way this man does"
